Job summary

Palmetto Home is seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to serve as Home Services Sales Leader. You will own end-to-end growth for HVAC, HP, and new services like generators, expanding through dealer channels and OEM partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in home services leadership, proven GM or senior sales leadership, and a strong network within the ecosystem. This role reports to the SVP & GM, Palmetto Lab, and is based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of leadership roles in the home services industry (HVAC, generators, roofing, or related).
• Proven track record as GM, senior sales leader, or business unit leader owning strategy and execution.
• Strong network across dealers, OEMs, distribution partners, and sales leaders in home services.
• Experience launching new product lines with OEM partners or embedded finance/leases a plus.
• Ability to scale account management and business development teams.

Responsibilities

• Own KPI achievement for the Home Services business: NTP, installs, and project cash margin.
• Build and scale home services product offerings (HVAC & HP, generators, roofing, etc.).
• Lead strategy, operations, and execution to meet Home Services targets.
• Own P&L and drive growth with strong unit economics and efficiency.
• Build supporting teams for the business and scale partnerships across channels.
• Define go-to-market strategy across dealer, OEM, and Inside Sales channels.
