Job summary

Palmetto seeks a dynamic Home Services Sales Leader to own and scale our Home Services business within the Palmetto consumer marketplace. You will drive HVAC/HP offerings and expand into generators and roofing, managing sales channels and partnerships to ensure rapid growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own P&L for Home Services, and work with OEMs, dealers, and financing partners to deliver a seamless customer experience at scale.

Qualifications

• GTM strategy and testing/scaling channel throughput.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 10-15 years of experience with leadership in home services (HVAC/HP, generators, roofing).

Responsibilities

• Own KPI achievement for Home Services: NTP, installs, and project cash margin.
• Build and scale home services offerings (HVAC/HP, generators, roofing) and define success metrics.
• Lead strategy, operations, and execution to meet Home Services targets.
