Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Director of Home Infusion to lead and elevate our home infusion operations based onsite in Northeast Ohio. You will shape strategy, inspire teams, optimize performance, and collaborate with patients, providers, and referral partners to deliver exceptional care.

The role requires a PharmD with active licensure and 3+ years of leadership in home infusion or related operations, plus a proven ability to drive process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with ACPE-accredited PharmD and active license.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in home infusion or related ops.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Experience optimizing processes and using data to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of payer requirements, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth.
• Lead home infusion operations to deliver high-quality service and patient experience.
• Drive performance against production goals and onboarding targets.
• Champion continuous improvement for scalability and efficiency.
