Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leader in infrastructure services for the power industry, is seeking an SVP of High Voltage. This senior role is responsible for the P&L of the High Voltage construction unit, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery across SOLV’s utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high voltage construction, managing both projects and teams, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy and build a strong organizational foundation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in high voltage, substation, or transmission construction.
• Demonstrated P&L or senior operational leadership experience.
• Deep technical command of substation, switchyard, and transmission line construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the high voltage construction business unit with full P&L accountability.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of projects while managing performance.
• Champion a safety culture adhering to industry standards.
