Vizient, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) of Procurement Services to drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence for outsourced procurement in healthcare providers.

You will scale services, lead a large team, and align with Vizient's P2P strategy across operations, technology, and talent development. Reporting to the P2P leadership team, you will oversee end-to-end procurement delivery, partner with Sales and Product, and champion automation and performance metrics to

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, managed services, consulting, or outsourced business services.
• 5+ years leading large, multi-functional teams with responsibility for operational performance and talent development.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level client relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits, solution design, contract negotiations, and business development activities.
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, procurement technologies, ERP systems, and Procure-to-Pay processes preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change, drive innovation, and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of procurement leaders and professionals.
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop growth strategies and targets.
• Define and execute long-term strategy, operating model, and growth roadmap.
• Maintain accountability for financial performance, including revenue growth and P&L.
• Develop executive relationships with client stakeholders and drive governance meetings.
• Lead solution design, proposals, and RFP responses for new engagements.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and service innovations.
