Job summary

Vizient is seeking an Associate Vice President to build and scale its Accounts Payable capabilities within the P2P portfolio. You will define strategy, operating models, and go-to-market plans for AP solutions, guiding technology-enabled services from invoice receipt to payment for healthcare providers.

Lead a high-performing AP team and ensure client satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare accounts payable leadership or consulting/services.
• 5+ years leading large, high-performing teams with accountability for results.
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain and ERP platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team and shared services center.
• Define strategy, operating model, and growth roadmap for Vizient's AP Solutions.
• Oversee outsourced AP services and end-to-end P2P delivery.
• Partner with product, sales and marketing to drive go-to-market initiatives.
• Review and negotiate customer contracts and RFP responses; support client engagements.
