Job summary

InfinityRx LLC. seeks a Director of Data Engineering to lead the ingestion and analysis of pharmacy and medical claims data. You will own client data lifecycle, governance, and architecture across PBM and medical billing ecosystems, delivering real-time feeds and strategic analyses to clients.

You will build and mentor a high-performing data engineering team, set BI standards, and partner with C-suite and client leadership to drive insights and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Data Engineering/Architecture experience with domain expertise in pharmacy and medical claims data.
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles overseeing data strategy and teams.
• Expert SQL and Python; strong enterprise data modeling and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Power BI, DAX, and semantic layer design for executive reporting.
• HIPAA/HITECH compliance knowledge for PHI/PII handling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client data strategy for pharmacy and medical claims data.
• Design, scale, and maintain dual pipelines for PBM and medical claims.
• Oversee enterprise analytics delivery including dashboards and executive QBRs.
• Lead Power BI architecture and complex data modeling for client reporting.
• Enforce data governance and HIPAA/HITECH compliance across touchpoints.
