GoodRx is seeking a Conditions Subscriptions Director to lead and scale our conditions subscriptions business end-to-end. This director will drive revenue growth, scale operations, and lead cross-functional initiatives within a high-growth D2C health platform.

The role reports to the VP and oversees strategy, performance, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on expanding offerings and improving customer lifecycle across telehealth and subscription models.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Deep expertise in subscriptions, recurring revenue, and consumer businesses.

Responsabilités

• Lead the condition subscription business and its financial performance, including P&L and unit economics.
• Develop and execute strategy and growth roadmap for condition subscriptions; expand offerings.
• Partner with Marketing on acquisition strategy and customer experience; optimize channels.
