Job summary

GoodRx, Inc. is hiring a Conditions Subscriptions Director to lead and scale its subscription business end-to-end.

The role focuses on revenue growth, retention, and profitability across multiple health categories, including hair, skin, sexual health, and mental health. The director will own strategy, unit economics, and partnerships with Product, Marketing, Data, Finance, and Clinical Operations to deliver a best-in-class consumer experience at scale, while ensuring regulatory and brand

Qualifications

• Senior leader with proven impact in consumer subscription businesses.
• Experience driving revenue growth, retention, and monetization at scale.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and unit economics in a high growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the condition subscription business and financial performance, including P&L and unit economics.
• Develop and execute the growth roadmap for condition subscriptions and expand offerings.
• Partner with Marketing on acquisition strategy and end-to-end customer experience.
• Define pricing, cadence, bundles, incentives, and loyalty programs across categories.
• Drive improvements across the telehealth funnel using data and customer insights.
• Improve customer lifetime value via onboarding, retention, win-back, and upsell initiatives.
