GoodRx is seeking a Conditions Subscriptions Director to lead and scale our conditions subscriptions business end-to-end. The right person will be an experienced, hands-on direct-to-consumer operator with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, scaling business operations, and leading cross-functional initiatives within high-growth D2C health or consumer businesses.

Competenze

• 15+ years related experience with a bachelor’s degree; 12+ years with a master’s; 8+ years with a PhD or equivalent.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated impact in scaling subscription or consumer businesses.

Mansioni

• Lead the condition subscription business and its financial performance including P&L and unit economics.
• Partner with Marketing on customer acquisition strategy and execution.
• Define, test, and optimize subscription and monetization strategies across conditions.
• Drive improvements across the tele-health funnel using data and insights.
• Develop programs to improve customer lifetime value, onboarding, retention, and cross-sell.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Product, Marketing, Data, Finance, Clinical Operations, and others.
