Job summary

U.S. News & World Report is expanding its Health analytics leadership, building benchmarking tools and data products that support healthcare decision-makers.

You will own analytics, formulate data strategy, and drive client-facing outcomes with products that leverage claims data and benchmarking insights. The role requires 10+ years in healthcare analytics, with leadership experience and a track record in data licensing or benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience translating complex data into client-ready deliverables.
• Strong leadership of data science/analyst teams.
• Experience supporting sales or client success with analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytics behind licensed data products, benchmarking tools, and client dashboards.
• Translate datasets and outputs into intuitive client-facing metrics without misinterpretation.
• Partner with Product Management to scope analytics-driven offerings.
• Own data pipeline requirements and prioritize data assets for new products.
• Lead development of AI/ML solutions across healthcare markets.
