Navina, a fast-growing digital health SaaS company, seeks a strategic product leader to head a core product domain. You will own the product strategy and execution, mentor product managers, and partner with engineering, data science, clinical experts, and customers to scale Navina’s offering.

This role thrives in ambiguity and drives execution by defining roadmaps, aligning cross‑functional teams, and translating complex clinical needs into actionable product specs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product teams and delivering strategic roadmaps.
• Track record of growing people and building high-performing teams.
• Experience with B2B products and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to translate clinical and technical needs into product specs.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for your domain, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
• Own the product vision end-to-end, serving direct users and business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering growth and ownership.
• Translate complex clinical requirements into clear specifications and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Experts, CS, and clients to shape initiatives.
• Engage strategic customers to ground the roadmap in real-world needs.
• Drive cross-team initiatives end-to-end and align stakeholders.
• Establish metrics to measure adoption, performance, and impact.
