Job summary

Navina, a fast-growing digital health SaaS company in the United States, seeks a Senior Software Architect to lead the architectural vision of our healthcare platform and drive AI-first innovations at scale.

You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and security, shape cloud-native solutions on AWS, and establish governance for secure, cost-efficient software delivery while mentoring others to raise the bar on technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tooling, including LLM integration, developer productivity platforms, MCP/agent-based architectures, and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and evolve the platform’s architectural vision to align with business goals.
• Lead high-level design discussions and decisions for new and existing products.
• Establish and maintain architectural principles, standards, and patterns across engineering teams.
• Drive cloud-native architecture in AWS with focus on scalability, availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Build POCs and pilots for new solutions, frameworks, and AI capabilities.
• Spearhead AI-assisted development workflows and governance for AI in development.
