Waymo is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to serve as the primary financial advisor to Hardware Engineering and Supply Chain leaders, translating complex roadmaps into long-term financial strategies and actionable insights. You will oversee analysis, gate reviews, and deal structures for major supplier contracts and OEM partnerships.

Qualifications

• MBA/MA and BA/BS degree, CPA a plus.
• 15+ years of business experience including 10+ years in Hardware engineering and Supply Chain FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary financial advisor to Hardware Engineering and Supply Chain leaders and executives, translating roadmaps into financial strategies and insights.
• Oversee financial analysis, deal structuring, and gate reviews for supplier contracts and hardware partnerships.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Term Planning processes to fund RD investments and scaling.
• Manage regular business reviews and variance analyses for Hardware and Supply Chain functions.
