You will build driver-based models, translate analytics into actionable plans, and influence leadership with data-driven storytelling to support the company’s growth and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of FP&A, GTM Finance, or strategic finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ops financial processes with cross‑functional teams; track variances vs forecasts.
• Partner on long-term investments and ROI analysis; develop measurement frameworks.
• Lead business reviews to close gaps between forecast and actual spend.
• Collaborate with Ops, Product, Data Science to ensure robust growth forecasts.
