DeFinitive is seeking a Head of GTM – Institutional Digital Assets in NYC to own the market entry for a high-potential product. The role requires broad institutional relationships and a track record of taking early products to market in a rapidly evolving sector.

You will define ICPs, pricing, and packaging, while collaborating with CEO and engineering to scale the business. Equity and bonus opportunities accompany a strong compensation package in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Strong institutional and capital markets networks.
• Experience selling into funds, MM’s, trading firms, exchanges, asset managers.
• Deep familiarity with DeFi at an institutional level.

Responsibilities

• Educate and win the first institutional customers.
• Lead POCs and structure them for customers.
• Negotiate with funds, trading firms, and asset managers.
• Define ICP, positioning, packaging and pricing.
• Shape the commercial model and how it evolves.
• Build the team as the business grows.
• Drive product enhancements from real-time feedback.
• Manage design partner relationships and product direction.
