Job summary

Parachute Health is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two teams in our Clinical Division. You will own the engineering health, delivery, and technical direction of the clinician order pipeline and the patient continuity experience, two connected areas centered on getting patients the equipment they need.

This multi-team role requires managing day-to-day, growing careers, and partnering with Product and Design to keep shipping at a fast, sustainable pace, while raising the bar on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience across multiple teams.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering software in a production environment.
• Proven track record as a performance manager: evidence of growing engineers to the next level, and of handling underperformance directly.
• Professional experience with open source programming languages.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI development tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own both teams' goals and roadmap execution.
• Provide day-to-day management and coach engineers for career growth.
• Partner with Product and Design to align scope with user value.
• Drive AI-native engineering practices and tooling adoption.
• Review Architecture Decision Documents and risk assessments.
• Maintain regular PR reviews and incident retrospectives.
• Engage with stakeholders across Product, Design, clinical teams, and leadership.
