Job summary

80Twenty is seeking a strategic Head of Business Development & Partnerships to lead partnerships and growth initiatives across tech, design, gaming, publishing, film and comics. You will identify, structure and scale high‑impact collaborations that expand the creator ecosystem, unlock new revenue streams, and strengthen our position at the intersection of creativity and community.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in business development or partnerships, a proven track record closing complex

Qualifications

8+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth, ideally in a marketplace or creator platform.
Proven track record closing deals that moved the business.
Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-moving environment.
Fluency in creator economies and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead partnerships and growth initiatives across tech, design, gaming, publishing, film, and comics.
Identify, structure, and scale high-impact collaborations to expand the creator ecosystem and unlock revenue streams.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and creator success teams to launch and scale partnership-driven initiatives.
