Job summary

Chamelio is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing in New York, NY to own demand generation and revenue contribution for our enterprise SaaS platform. This hands-on leader will design and execute paid, organic, ABM, events, and lifecycle campaigns, while building a world‑class growth team.

You will partner with sales and the founders, turn customer outcomes into compelling content, and scale the marketing engine globally with a data‑driven approach and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience building growth or demand generation for enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of generating qualified pipeline, not just leads or engagement.
• Experience marketing to senior enterprise buyers through long and complex sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of paid acquisition, ABM, content, events, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the global growth marketing strategy and pipeline targets.
• Build and optimize paid, organic, outbound-supported, event, webinar, and partner campaigns.
• Develop account-based marketing programs for priority enterprise accounts.
• Create campaigns targeting general counsel, legal operations, and procurement leaders.
• Improve conversion across website visits, leads, meetings, pilots, and revenue.
