• Track record of finding and scaling revenue-generating growth channels.
• Experience at an early-stage startup and doing the work before building a team.
• Ability to pitch a product, write copy that converts, and engage audiences.
• Ability to think from first principles and test unconventional ideas.
• Strong numerical mindset with clear explanations of results.
• Daily use of AI tools to build, automate, and iterate growth.

Responsibilities

• Own demand-generation system with demos booked as north star and ARR/payback guardrails.
• Develop messaging and positioning through customer insight and data.
• Identify creative, scalable growth channels and prove them.
• Turn successful efforts into repeatable systems and build an AI-native team.
• Lead brand and product marketing in partnership with founders.
