Job summary

A rapidly scaling consumer health and wellness brand is seeking a Head of Growth to lead its growth initiatives. This role involves overseeing performance marketing strategies, driving retention and acquisition efforts, and building a high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in DTC & CPG markets, particularly in subscription models and data-driven marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10–12+ years in DTC & CPG with experience scaling high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven success in subscription and retention-focused growth strategies.
  • Deep performance marketing expertise and data fluency.

Job description

Our client is a rapidly scaling consumer health and wellness brand who is looking to add a Head of Growth to their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company’s growth roadmap across acquisition, retention, and eComm.
  • Design and execute a scalable revenue strategy aligned with core brand values.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets with performance predictability at the core.
  • Manage multi-channel performance marketing (paid social/search, TV, affiliate, podcast, and emerging platforms).
  • Partner cross-functionally on creative and messaging optimizations.
  • Oversee channel mix strategy to hit CAC and revenue goals.
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle efforts across email, SMS, and on-site personalization.
  • Create experiences that drive repeat rate, LTV, and customer loyalty.
  • Build cross-functional feedback loops to reduce churn and inform product development.
  • Own eCommerce funnel performance, with a focus on CVR, AOV, and engagement.
  • Leverage CRO strategies to deliver frictionless user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with design and development to evolve UX.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing growth marketers.
  • Cultivate a data-driven, test-and-learn culture.
  • Align growth initiatives with broader creative, product, and CX teams.

Qualifications:

  • 10–12+ years in DTC & CPG, with experience scaling high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven success in subscription and retention-focused growth strategies.
  • Deep performance marketing expertise and data fluency.
