We’re looking for a Head of Growth who will help onboard builders, institutions, and users into our ecosystem via different growth initiatives – such as events, education programs, or business funnels. This is a high-impact and velocity role, managing a team.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable with starting growth programs from scratch and being hands-on, but able to delegate and staff accordingly. They should be not only business but technical-minded, with a strong care for user success and support. This person is a self-starter and insight-driven proposer.
