Qualifications

• PGA or LPGA membership, or progress toward certification, preferred.
• Proven success as golf instructor or Director of Instruction.
• Strong knowledge of full-swing, short-game, putting, course-management, and player-development.
• High proficiency with TrackMan and data interpretation.
• Experience with instructional technology, video analysis, and training aids.
• Ability to create, organize, promote, and execute instructional programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Service-oriented mindset aligned with a high-end private club.
• Ability to build lasting member relationships and be a trusted staff member.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continually enhance a comprehensive golf instruction program.
• Provide customized individual, semi-private, group, and on-course instruction.
• Create and lead clinics, schools, and player-development pathways.
• Use TrackMan and video tools to evaluate performance and communicate findings.
• Incorporate training aids while maintaining sound teaching fundamentals.
• Stay current with developments in golf instruction and player development.
• Maintain student records and provide follow-up for ongoing improvement.
• Build strong member relationships and foster a welcoming instructional environment.
• Collaborate with Golf Director and staff to align programming.
• Promote instruction opportunities through club communications and events.
