Job summary

GolfTRK - Little Rock seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and deliver world-class hospitality in our tech-forward indoor golf center. The ideal candidate blends leadership, sales, and customer service with a passion for golf, a track record of team development, and the ability to engage local communities through events and partnerships.

This role requires evenings/weekends and comfort with technology like TrackMan and PuttView to help members

Qualifications

• PGA Professional or PGA Associate required/preferred.
• Experience managing golf facilities, indoor centers, clubs, hospitality venues, or retail operations.
• Experience teaching golf and running player development programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facility operations and staff.
• Drive membership growth and retention through sales and marketing.
• Deliver exceptional member hospitality and experience.
• Oversee golf instruction, events, clinics, and community programs.
• Leverage technology to support member development (TrackMan, PuttView).
• Manage budgets, performance metrics, and profitability.
