Amprius Technologies is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to build and lead the sourcing team for cell materials, manage contract manufacturers, and control landed costs as volumes grow. You will drive the supply strategy, qualify new suppliers, and ensure resilience and cost-competitiveness across the supply base.

You will report to the Managing Director, Operations, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Finance to optimize cost, risk, and performance. Travel 30% including Asia and Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business or related field.
• 12+ years in supply chain, sourcing or procurement for manufactured hardware.
• 5+ years leading teams; experience managing contract manufacturers.
• Track record negotiating long-term supply and manufacturing agreements.
• Experience managing suppliers in Asia.

Mansioni

• Own the sourcing strategy for direct cell materials (anode, cathode, electrolyte, separator, packaging and mechanical parts).
• Manage global contract manufacturers: roadmaps, quarterly reviews, performance vs costs, yield and delivery.
• Lead cost-reduction programs with suppliers and CMs; develop tariff/duty mitigation strategies.
• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team with clear ownership and backup coverage.
• Collaborate with Quality, PLM and change control to ensure supplier and CM compliance.
