Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Payroll Director to lead strategic payroll operations across North America, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and South America.

You will manage high-volume payroll, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements with Finance, HR, Tax and vendors. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of payroll leadership, multi-entity experience, and advanced Excel skills, with certifications such as FPC/CPP highly preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• FPC and/or CPP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience across multiple entities.

Responsabilidades

• Directs end-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies and entities across North America, including multi-state environments.
• Manages payroll operations, ensuring compliance with wage, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Leads negotiations support with HR Business Partners and Operations teams; supports collective bargaining agreements.
• Implements and optimizes payroll systems and processes; establishes KPIs and service levels.
