Decile Group is seeking a Head of Operations to run the day-to-day operations of our complex venture capital services platform, serving hundreds of VC firms globally.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional execution who can optimize processes, scale operations, and lead remote teams across multiple time zones. You will drive compliance, implement automation, and collaborate with leadership to align capabilities with growth while maintaining superior client experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations management, with 5+ years in financial services or fund administration.
• Experience scaling operations in a high-growth venture environment.
• Strong knowledge of venture capital fund structures and regulatory basics.
• Experience leading remote teams across geographies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure of fund administration operations and service delivery.
• Develop scalable operational strategies balancing efficiency, quality and client experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to align roadmap with customer feedback.
• Build and lead a cross-time-zone team of operations and customer success.
• Create benchmarks and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive automation to increase capacity while maintaining high NPS.
• Manage relationships with service providers and partners.
• Implement risk management practices across the org.
