Job summary

ProducePay is seeking a Vice President of Production Operations to lead operational readiness and execution for our manufacturing programs. This strategic role demands expertise in supply chain strategy and lean methodologies, aimed at driving efficiency and quality across production operations.

This is a remote position requiring significant travel (25–40%) to ensure operational commitments across the Americas and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive operations experience and a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Track record of leading operational transformations in manufacturing.
• Expertise in lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
