Formlabs is seeking a Head of Manufacturing Engineering in Somerville, MA to design and execute a scalable global manufacturing program for hardware and materials. The role leads manufacturing engineering, supply-demand, logistics, and materials operations to ensure precision and efficiency at scale.

The executive will shape long-term strategies, expand the global footprint, and collaborate with R&D, product, and GTM teams to drive growth and margins while delivering high-quality products.

Formación

• MBA or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong background in operations, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Proven success scaling global, multi-site manufacturing networks.
• Vendor relationships and high-value contracts experience.
• Strategic thinking to expand capabilities and margins.

Responsabilidades

• Report directly to the COO and shape multi-year scaling strategy.
• Lead manufacturing engineering, supply demand management and logistics.
• Develop processes and tooling for high-quality, high-precision products.
• Oversee forecasting, supply alignment, and NPIs with partners.
• Negotiate with partners and optimize global systems and processes.
• Expand global footprint and partnerships for hardware and materials.
• Collaborate with R&D, product, and GTM for new launches.
• Identify opportunities that drive revenue growth and margins.
• Establish best-in-class practices, costs, and sustainability measures.
