Formlabs is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead global manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics expansion from Somerville, MA. You will shape multi-year strategies, scale multi-site operations, and partner with R&D and GTM teams to drive efficiency, margins, and growth.

You'll oversee manufacturing engineering, demand forecasting, supplier relationships, and international expansion, building best-in-class processes and sustainable practices to support our hardware,

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong background in operations, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Proven success scaling global, multi-site manufacturing networks.
• Deep expertise leading operations across manufacturing, supply chain and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Scale Formlabs' global operations and expand product capabilities.
• Lead manufacturing and operations engineering, refining processes and tooling.
• Forecast demand and align supply to financial and sales goals.
• Oversee logistics, negotiate with partners, optimize systems and processes.
• Expand global footprint and partnerships to meet demand across hardware and materials.
