Flowers Foods, Inc. in the United States is seeking a senior procurement leader to direct the Commodities tower, oversee the direct procure-to-pay (P2P) function, and govern SAP contracting across the company's bakery ingredient supply chain.

You will build and lead a five-person team of category and SAP contracting managers, shape sourcing strategies, hedge commodity risk, and work with Finance on annual plans to deliver savings, continuity, and growth for existing plants and new product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to procurement, supply chain, or business is expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategic procurement function across all commodity categories and align with corporate objectives.
• Own the commodity risk management program, set coverage strategy, and hedge with futures and forward contracts.
• Oversee supplier contract negotiations, drive total cost of ownership, and ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials.
• Own the commodity cost assumptions for annual planning and partner with Finance on the plan.
• Provide leadership for Direct P2P, SAP contracting, Master Data, and SOX‑compliant controls.
• Hire and develop a team of category managers and SAP contracting professionals.
