Job summary

Qualifications

Strong data management experience with CASE and IRS guidelines on gifts processing.
Experience with nonprofit CRM platforms and fundraising technologies.
Leadership and team management in higher-education or nonprofit environments, especially gift operations.

Responsibilities

Organize, prioritize, assign, and audit workflow in Gift Operations.
Engage in all Gift Operations functions including processing of gifts and commitments in ARCH; ensure transactions comply with donor intent and guidelines.
Manage daily gift entry audits and approval of gift batches for bank deposits and reporting to GEI Accounting.
Handle complex gift/commitment voids and CRM adjustments; escalate with Gift Operations Analyst as needed.
Monitor Salesforce Cases; assign ownership and ensure timely completion.
Review legal documents and gift agreements for compliance and donor confidentiality.
Coordinate Gifts-in-Kind process with IRS guidance and partner teams.
