• 2+ years managing engineering managers.
• 1+ years overseeing iOS or Android engineers.
• Proven ability to navigate complex product organizations and align stakeholders.
• Experience fostering constructive feedback environments.

• Oversee multiple teams across iOS, Android, Web and Backend.
• Define north star metrics and goals for Games mission.
