Job summary

Farmers To You is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations in Williamstown to own fulfillment, inbound logistics and delivery across the region. You will lead teams on the warehouse floor, manage procurement, drive efficiency, and implement scalable processes for growth.

The role requires a strong operations background in grocery/logistics, with a track record of owning KPIs, improving workflows, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, warehousing, or similar.
• 2+ years leading frontline operational teams.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment and logistics operations.
• Lead and develop the fulfillment team and labor planning.
• Develop on-site farm store and expand regional operations.
• Improve processes using KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Balance cost control with high-quality customer service.
