Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to supervise and develop the logistics group, ensuring inbound freight is processed rapidly and floor-ready within 24 hours. You will drive process improvements, coordinate with the replenishment function, and support BOPIS/PPS order execution.

The role requires leadership experience in retail logistics, ability to motivate a diverse workforce, and forklift certification. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail logistics or general warehouse experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast changing environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse team including full- and part-time members.
• Able to act decisively, multi-task, and adapt in a quick changing environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Logistics Team.
• Plan and prioritize the Logistics Team’s daily activities & assign tasks.
• Ensure all freight is processed and stocked within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintain stocking standards and Fleet Farm presentation standards at a high level.
• Coordinate excess merchandise with Replenishment Team for proper binning and placement.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager to implement process improvements and evaluate performance.
• Assist in picking Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and PPS orders.
• Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
