Higgsfield AI is seeking a highly experienced FP&A leader to build and scale the FP&A function. You will own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning, partnering with Accounting and budget owners.

The ideal candidate has built FP&A processes in a high-growth environment ($1B+ ARR) and can drive actionable insights. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on developing robust financial models, KPIs, and reporting for senior

Qualifications

• 15+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related experience.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience building or scaling an FP&A function.
• Experience at a scale-up, ideally $1B+ ARR/revenue.
• Strong partnership with Accounting and budget owners.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics capabilities.
• Adaptable to fast-growing, changing environments.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning company-wide.
• Build FP&A processes, reporting, and cadence from scratch.
• Lead monthly/quarterly budget-to-actual analyses and variances.
• Collaborate with functional leaders on headcount and spend decisions.
• Work with Accounting to ensure accuracy of actuals and forecasts.
• Develop scalable financial models and scenario analyses.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and visibility as the company scales.
