Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Manager 3 to lead a Forward Deployed Engineering pod within the Enterprise Suite, turning AI pilots into production deployments for large mid-market and enterprise customers. You will guide tech direction, ensure delivery quality, and own customer relationships at the executive level.

This player-coach role combines technical unblockers with building a scalable pod capable of multiple concurrent deployments, while presenting to CFOs and IT leaders when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on with Agentic AI concepts (LangChain, LangGraph, multi-agent, RAG, vector stores).
• Experience with LLM tooling (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and prompt engineering.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers as a peer.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers; set the technical bar and own career growth.
• Own technical direction, customer delivery outcomes, engineering quality, and prioritization across engagements.
• Decide staffing and balance pod capacity against deployment pipeline.
• Lead prioritization and requirements reviews to sequence engagements by capacity.
