New York City Health Department seeks a Director of Food Safety Data Analytics to guide data-driven improvements in NYC food safety inspections and outcomes. The role leads a four-analyst team plus an informatics product manager, aligning data capabilities with BFSCS priorities and emergency response planning.

You will manage analytics projects, develop dashboards and reports, and collaborate across IT and inspection units to drive efficiency and evidence-based decisions.

Qualificações

• Experience leading data analytics projects from requirements gathering through evaluation.
• Proven ability to manage surveillance and informatics projects and staff.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with BFSCS and BFS CS leadership to optimize procedures and automation.
• Design, develop and maintain automated data solutions, reporting pipelines, and data tools.
• Lead the Food Safety Data Analytics Team and oversee data analysts and product manager.
• Present analytic results to Agency leadership and at conferences.
