Job summary

GBC Food Services is seeking a Field QA Manager to lead hands‑on food safety and quality assurance across its prepared food programs. You will partner with National Training Specialists, Regional Managers, and Franchisees to build food safety competency, drive program compliance, and cultivate a culture of quality excellence throughout the franchise network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Hospitality Management, or related field.
3–6 years in quality assurance or food safety roles, with senior capacity preferred.
Experience in franchise or multi‑unit food service operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive food safety and QA programs for all prepared food programs.
Serve as HACCP Coordinator and lead preventive controls initiatives.
Design, deliver, and improve food safety training for field staff and franchisees.
Conduct on-site field visits to assess practices and provide coaching.
Oversee internal audits, regulatory inspections, and third‑party certifications.
