Compass Group USA is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager in Mountain View, CA. The role leads QA programs, ensures compliance with USDA/FDA and customer requirements, and oversees training and audits to uphold top food safety standards.

The Manager will drive continuous improvement, partner with corporate QA, and mentor managers in best practices and safety initiatives, including ServSafe-related activities and KPI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5+ years in hospitality/food service QA.
• Strong knowledge of Preventive Controls for Human Food.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and safety program development and maintenance.
• Attend Corp QA meetings and align with standards.
• Conduct monthly QA and safety audits across lines of business.
• Lead safety incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and deliver food safety training for hourly and management staff.
