Loews Miami Beach Hotel seeks an experienced Food & Beverage leader to oversee multi‑outlet operations in a luxury oceanfront resort. The role directs staffing, policies, and performance across all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and financial performance.

The candidate will manage menus, inventories, and vendor relations while driving training, coaching, and development of managers and staff in a high-volume environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualificações

• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of food and beverage planning, production, presentation/service, control.
• Ability to envision/create new menu selections that fit restaurant themes.
• Strong operating and control processes for efficiency and guest service.
• Effective management, leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
• 6–8 years of progressive management in large, high-volume hotel environment; 3–5 years as Director.

Responsabilidades

• Establish staffing requirements for all departments within the Food and Beverage Division.
• Approve policies and procedures for operation of food & beverage outlets.
• Interview, train, coach, and discipline F&B management personnel.
• Lead New Hire Training and Star Service Competency programs.
• Manage inventories, par levels, and vendor relationships to support forecasted activity.
• Improve menus and develop new menu offerings as needed.
• Communicate daily with outlet managers about activities and events.
• Attend hotel meetings and training sessions to stay informed.
