Job summary

Topgolf seeks a seasoned leader to own financial reporting and technical accounting for a multi-entity operation. You will partner with the CFO and finance leadership to deliver accurate, insightful reporting and to advance systems and processes.

Responsibilities include managing audits, ensuring GAAP compliance, and driving modernization across close, consolidation, and reporting functions while coaching a strong team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Deep U.S. GAAP knowledge and technical accounting research experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close under US GAAP, including multi-entity consolidation.
• Manage external audits and liaise with auditors and PE sponsor.
• Oversee general ledger, COA, and reporting structures for accuracy and scalability.
• Drive financial systems modernization and process automation.
• Provide strategic accounting guidance to CFO and leadership.
