Director of FP&A

We're looking for a Head of FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis function. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly growing global company. You'll be a strategic partner to our CEO and executive team, playing a critical role in shaping our financial future.

As Head of FP&A, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a large team of senior finance professionals. We're looking for someone who thrives in an evolving environment, can navigate complexity, and is an exceptional communicator and leader.

What you'll do:

• Drive Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the development and execution of our financial strategy, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide Insightful Analysis: Deliver high-quality financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team to support key business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a large team of senior FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Business Partnering: Act as a trusted financial advisor to various departments, providing financial guidance and support to optimize performance and achieve company objectives.
• Enhance Financial Processes: Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Communicate Effectively: Present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and board members.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive FP&A Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a senior FP&A leadership role, ideally within a fast-growing tech company or scale-up environment.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive financial solutions to support business growth.
• Exceptional Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and motivating large teams of senior finance professionals.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong Analytical Acumen: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in Dynamic Environments: Proven ability to thrive and adapt in a rapidly changing, high-growth, and evolving business environment.
• Management Consulting Background (Plus): Experience from a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB) is a significant advantage.
• Remote Work Proficiency: Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
