The Opportunity...

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager who takes ownership of the financial forecast and provides strategic insights and analysis. This is a critical role in building the FP&A team and shaping the ongoing story of the business. This is an individual contributor role who will be a strategic thought partner and collaborate cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting and can effectively communicate the story.

What You'll Do...

• Prepare and manage the annual budget and continuous forecast, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives
• Partner with different departments to gather financial data, understand business needs, and offer financial guidance that supports their objectives and enhances overall business performance
• Communicates to leadership the “Why?” behind performance and results and makes recommendations for improvements that will lead to operating leverage, cost efficiencies, and revenue generation
• Prepare and design Board, Business, and IR materials that effectively communicates the story
• Develops and delivers ad-hoc analysis, trends, and associated recommendations for the leadership team
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance efficiency of processes, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to improve accuracy and efficiency in forecast
• Takes ownership of deliverables and outcomes
  
  

Who You Are...

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; or equivalent work experience
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels and articulate financial results and performance to derive actionable recommendations
• Partnering skills with various stakeholders in developing, communication and achievement of Operating plan/target
• Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, PowerPoint
• Experience in Adaptive, Workday, and ERP
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Public Company experience preferred
