About the Role

My client is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented finance professional with strong leadership capabilities to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has experience working with executive leadership. The right candidate will be skilled at cross-functional collaboration, financial modeling, and driving strategic insights that influence high-level decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support the company’s long-term strategic initiatives and scenario planning
• Prepare investor and board-facing materials, highlighting key insights, metrics, and financial performance
• Contribute to pricing strategy across multiple product offerings and business models
• Lead annual budgeting processes and track financial results against goals and milestones
• Drive rolling quarterly forecasting and manage versioning of financial projections
• Analyze operational and financial data to support executive-level decision making
• Lead financial evaluations of strategic projects and initiatives across the organization

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related function
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; comfortable working with GSuite tools
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with C-suite stakeholders
• Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
