Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions is conducting a search for a Head of Finance for a Miami-based real estate company. This high-impact role demands strong finance leadership, knowledge of brokerage economics, and the ability to improve financial visibility.

The ideal candidate will have extensive finance experience, including direct brokerage finance roles, and will work closely with the CEO. A competitive compensation package of up to $200,000 base with variable compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• 4+ years of direct real estate brokerage finance experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to improve reporting discipline and strengthen accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function across a multi-entity operating environment.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO and executive leadership.
• Oversee treasury and cash management activities.
