Job summary

Trove, a NYC-based collectibles startup, seeks a Head of Finance to build the function from scratch. You’ll own FP&A, shape a scalable financial stack, and partner with leadership to drive growth while keeping the business profitable in a fast-paced environment.

Located in NYC with a 3-day-in-office baseline, you will lead strategic finance initiatives, implement AI tools, and scale a small finance team as the company expands its global footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience in e-commerce or gaming.
• Experience building a finance function from scratch.
• Familiar with AI tools to transform finance.
• First full-time finance hire to build a team.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A and create a scalable core financial stack.
• Deliver rolling forecasts and monthly profit reviews.
• Partner with executives to unlock resources for growth.
