Job summary

Godshall Recruiting seeks a finance leader to partner with operations and executive leadership in Spartanburg, SC, driving profitability and strategic growth. You will blend hands-on financial leadership with high‑level planning and decision support.

You will oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while building a strong, business‑focused finance team and delivering actionable insights to the Managing Director and leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead all accounting, treasury, and controlling activities for the U.S. operation.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial statements, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and performance management across the organization.
• Provide financial analysis, KPIs, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, treasury, and controlling activities for the U.S. operation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial governance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial statements, audits, and compliance requirements.
