Job summary

Bedrock Robotics seeks an Operational Safety & EHS Lead to own safety programs for a multi-state footprint as autonomous heavy equipment scales. You will manage EHS compliance, incident investigations, and CAPAs, collaborating with Fleet, Autonomy, Engineering, and People teams to embed safety in deployment decisions.

You will build and run programs spanning site safety, regulatory compliance, and safety training, shaping a field-first safety culture across partner sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in EHS, ops safety, or safety program management in heavy equipment/industrial settings
• Experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910 across multiple sites/states
• Experience building safety programs from the ground up in fast-growing orgs
• Proven incident investigations experience with corrective actions and CAPA

Responsibilities

• Own incident, near-miss, and safety-observation reporting, incl. triage and escalation
• Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective actions to closure
• Partner with engineering and field teams to investigate autonomy-related events
• Stand up recurring safety reviews covering incidents, trends, and risks
