Job summary

Bedrock Robotics is seeking an Operational Safety & EHS Lead to own the programs that keep people, partner crews, and the public safe as we scale autonomous field operations. You will build and run inaugural EHS and safety programs across multi-state sites, manage incident investigations, and ensure compliance across OSHA and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in EHS, operational safety, or safety program management across multiple sites/states.
• 3+ years in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial robotics environments preferred.
• Experience building safety programs from the ground up in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational safety program for autonomous field operations and human–machine interaction on active job sites.
• Lead JHA/JSA, risk assessments, and change management for new machine types and deployments.
• Develop site safety plans, prequalification support, and safety culture initiatives with partner teams.
• Define safety metrics, run audits, and deliver regular safety reporting to leadership.
